By using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website — but come visit us in person instead, we'd still love to have you.

Reservations and inquiries are requests, not guarantees
Submitting a reservation, catering inquiry, or contact form through this Website sends us a request — it does not automatically confirm a table, event, or service. Our team follows up by phone or email to confirm details, availability, and any special arrangements. We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel a reservation or event, particularly for large parties, in which case we'll do our best to notify you promptly.
Online ordering
"Order Online" links on this Website take you to Clover, an independent third-party ordering platform. Orders, payments, and related transactions are handled entirely by Clover under its own terms — Kapara does not process payments or store payment information through this Website.
Menu, pricing, and kosher supervision
Menu items, descriptions, prices, and hours shown on this Website are provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Kapara operates under Kashruth Council of Canada (COR) kosher supervision using premium Glatt Kosher meat; for specific kashruth, allergen, or ingredient questions, please speak with our on-site supervisor or contact us directly before dining — we want you to feel completely confident in what you're eating.
Intellectual property
The Website's design, text, photography, logos, and branding belong to Kapara (or are used with permission) and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.
